Educational Data: Educational data are those records directly related to a 学生 and maintained by 圣保罗书院. 8. To appropriate persons in an emergency situation if the information is necessary to protect the health or safety of the 学生s or their persons; or

11. In response to an ex parte court order from the U.S. Attorney under the USA Patriot Act
